2.Metallization:In a vacuum chamber, the film is coated with a thin layer of metal (typically aluminum) via a process called evaporation.

3.Film Slitting:The metallized film is slit into narrow strips according to the required capacitor size.

4.Winding:Two metallized films are wound together, slightly offset, to create the capacitor element.

5.Flattening:The wound capacitor is flattened to minimize its footprint and reduce production costs.
